Grade VII- Human Physiology

During the Grade VII Human Physiology block, students studied human systems, hygiene, and health. On International Yoga Day, June 21st, teachers and Grade 11 students led a yoga session with breathing exercises and asanas, emphasizing their mental and physical health benefits.
The project involved research and displays on health topics such as diet slogans, nutrition poems, exercise, preserving vitamins and minerals while cooking, and modified diet charts. This collaborative effort reinforced learning and promoted a sense of community and health responsibility.
