Students of Grade VI in their Tie and Dye Hobby Class had an opportunity to create a mental picture of a beautiful and unique pattern which they had perceived on a piece of cloth.
They pinched the cloth, twisted into a roll and carefully knotted it with a thread. The activity encouraged them to come up with many new ideas. In the process they followed the instructions diligently and practised resource reverence.
Their own individual styles gave them a sense of accomplishment.
